Return Policy:
Made with pre-authorization only and accompanied by Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Merchandise returned without an RMA will not be credited. To receive full credit, return must be made within 30 days from date of invoice and merchandise must be in new condition; except in the case where merchandise is defective and or damaged in shipment. Merchandise returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise determined not to be in new condition will be assessed an additional charge based on the merchandise condition.
